Shadows of the Self is an 8-part, soft-spoken audio series designed to gently guide you through the process of shadow work—uncovering hidden emotions, healing old wounds, and reconnecting to the strength you may have forgotten you carried.
Each session includes reflection exercises, grounding practices, and powerful invitations to meet yourself with compassion rather than judgment.
Whether you're moving through grief, anger, fear, or simply feeling disconnected from your own light, this course offers a safe space to begin coming home to yourself.
