Is Your Shadow Creeping Up on You?
Let's figure out what it's trying to tell you.
Have the feels been really feeling lately?
I didn’t think too much of it, until I was at my nail appointment, talking all things astrology and this upcoming Aries Full Moon with my nail tech, and began reading more about this full moon on The Pattern app.
That’s when I saw this: “The influence of the full moon—in combination with these other energies—can amplify what’s going on in your life. The intention is to direct your attention to any unconscious patterns and behaviors that are ready to come to light. Often, these are areas you normally don’t want to look at, and now they will be impossible to ignore.”
Not only was this confirmation for this morning’s message (and a lot of conversations I’ve been having), but it’s a reminder that there is a collective experience happening right now.
If you’ve been feeling exceptionally emotional lately—especially if you have no idea where it’s coming from or why you’re feeling the way you do—or getting triggered by things you thought you were over, know that you’re not alone.
Personally, it feels like there are a lot of heart chakra activations happening right now, which means there’s a lot of grief that’s being released in order to create space for new energy to come in.
Regardless, shadow work can be a trying and overwhelming experience, especially if you don’t know what the fuck is actually going on, so I wanted to offer some resources to help you on this journey.

A Shadow Chart Reading: During this reading (either live on Zoom or recorded and emailed to you), I’ll go over shadow aspects of your astrological birth chart that will help shed some light on where your blind spots and challenges are, as well as any karmic and behavioral patterns or cycles you’re carrying out through this lifetime.
A 1:1 Card Reading: This is a 60-min card reading on Zoom that will focus on any general themes or areas that you choose. You will have the option to record the session for your archives. As always, I focus on what’s getting in your way, so if there’s an aspect of your life that you’re not paying attention to and needs to be addressed, believe that I will bring it up.
