I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Things have been a little weird, no? Lots of tech glitches, dense energy and moments of WTF. If you’ve been feeling like things are off, you’re not alone.

Intuitively, it feels like another dip into the Underworld in order to receive the insights, clarity and opportunities to release any old beliefs or narratives that are ready to be let go of. So, if you’ve been feeling triggered or noticing patterns of things that are pushing your buttons—that’s why.

You can’t know for sure if you’ve moved past something until you meet the moment where you have to find out.

Additionally, it feels like some massive shifts are happening, and Source is seeing if you’re ready to hold the frequency. Are you going to fall for old distractions? Are you going to keep feeding old stories? It’s OK if you’ve found yourself dipping back into old territory, but don’t live there and don’t add to the shame and guilt that may arise. Just clock it, and move on.
