Happy Monday, light workers!
What a powerful weekend we just had, and perhaps you’re still soaking in the energy today.
As we come off the heels of the Aquarius Full Blue Moon, you may be feeling a fun bag of emotions and things—overwhelm, peace, stillness, mental activity, revelations, clarity, confusion.
Know that whatever is coming up is coming up for a reason, and allow yourself to surrender to it all.
I know I sound like a broken record with that, but it’s really all there is to say.
Now, as for the cards for this week, I received a bunch of different interpretations at once, which tells me that this reading is going to mean different things for different people.
As always—you already know—take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
I’m going to do my best to relay these messages in a concise manner…
The main overarching theme that I’m getting with this spread is the continuation of mental anguish. We’ve talked about heightened mental activity rooted in fear before, and it seems there’s still some uprooting that needs to take place.
If you’ve been caught in cycles of overthinking, rumination or intrusive thoughts, especially this last week, then this is for you.
For some, this is coming from a place of not being able to voice your emotions. The Sacral Chakra is where we house our emotions, and the Throat Chakra is, obviously, how we might express ourselves.
So this trio together tells me that some of you may be overthinking how to express yourself emotionally to someone important to you. Perhaps there’s history that has you feeling blocked, or maybe this is something new for you (hell, maybe both!).
Either way, there’s almost this feeling of combustion. There are so many emotions bubbling up to the surface, but they continue to go through the filter of your mind, and that gets them stuck in a hamster wheel that refuses to allow them to pass through to your throat to be vocalized and transmuted. Be careful of that.
Again, your mind is created to keep you safe. It loves routine, because routine is predictable. It is your job to be able to discern between when it’s actually helping you and when that self-preservation is keeping you stuck in a cycle that’s hurting you.
Now, for others, I feel that this is linked to a creative project—specifically, something that has to do with using your voice. Whether that be singing, public speaking, or something of that nature, there is fear in allowing yourself and your talents to be seen.
I’m getting imposter syndrome. I’m getting fear of success, not failure. I’m getting fear of showing the world what you’re capable of, and then feeling as though you have to maintain a high standard that freaks you out.
Regardless of which reading resonates with you the most, take this week to really question and challenge the beliefs that arise. They’re coming up so that you can put them to bed. Remember that your thoughts are not always truth.
The numerology of this reading is 6. The number 6 is said to have many meanings, but in regards to this reading specifically, it feels aligned with its caretaker interpretation. According to numerology, 6 is nicknamed the motherhood/fatherhood number, and is all about sacrifice, healing, protecting, and teaching others. It is a number of compassion and empathy, and this feels directed with Self.
Reparent yourself during these moments of upheaval and restructuring. There’s a lot of internal foundations being rebuilt, so proceed with love and patience for the work that you’re doing. It’s very easy to double down on the mental conflict with self-judgement and criticism, but that doesn’t help anyone. Nurture the process.
Now is the time to free yourself from the imprisonment of your mind with care and grace.
Xo.
