Happy Monday, dear friends.
I hope this holiday weekend was full of rest, love, companionship, comfort and balance. If it was challenging in any way, I’m sending compassion and strength your way in hopes that its true gift is revealed to you, if it hasn’t been already.
This week comes with an exciting cosmic event—the solar eclipse in Sagittarius late Friday evening (or early Saturday morning, depending on time zone).
According to Chani Nicholas, this is “the final South Node eclipse in Sagittarius for the next couple decades. Reflect on that corner of your chart to honor all that you’ve shed, bid farewell to, or cleared. As Neptune stations direct, what feels too good to be true probably is, but your imagination fruitfully shapes your reality. Dream-board your next steps.”
And what a perfect segue into the reading for this week…
For many of us, the Taurus Full Moon and partial lunar eclipse on the 19th created a sort of “fast pass” through some cycles and lessons that are prepared for a close. Whether it was through uncomfortable Tower moments or beautiful epiphanies, we can feel the shift taking on a very tangible role in our lives.
This will continue throughout the week and close out during the solar eclipse.
The cards suggest that there’s been a lot of uprooting within our internal foundations, primarily when it comes to our beliefs with stability, security, safety and survival. It feels as though many survival mechanisms and childhood conditioning meant for self-preservation are melting away, because they are no longer of use and are actually creating more blocks than anything else.
This may have been a long time coming, with this last week really ramping up the energy of cleaning house to make room for new patterns and beliefs that are aligned with where you’re meant to go.
There have been a lot of aha moments with a deepening sense of awareness of where your own shortcomings are. Perhaps you’d been skating by with pointing the finger or placing blame on another, and although it may seem justified in certain cases, it was still a distraction to taking responsibility for your own wounds and patterns that played a role in how things played out.
The moment you choose to focus on your own shadow with radical honesty and accountability is when the magic begins to happen.
And again, I know we’ve said this a million times, but for some of us, that moment of truly embodying this just happened (especially if you’ve been intellectualizing or rationalizing all of this instead of putting it into practice).
Regardless, it is time to reap the rewards.
Per usual, this begins on an internal level. Recognize the growth that you’ve accomplished and prepare for wealth of all kinds. The Universe is coming with gifts for all the work you’ve endured and done for yourself in a multitude of ways. For some, this can include marriage, a new home or financial abundance. Embrace the energy of prosperity.
Don’t feel discouraged if your physical reality hasn’t caught up yet. Again, patience and planning is key for the material realm, and what this looks like is re-evaluating your goals and letting go of control. Be clear on what it is you want without boxing the Universe in on how to get it. No one likes a micromanager.
Remember, they’ll give you whatever you ask for, so if you’re confused on what that is, then how can they know what to offer you?
Now that you’ve dismantled any programming or limiting beliefs standing in your way, you’re ready to not only be direct about what you want, but fully feel ready to receive it.
The numerology of this reading is 13 (or 4), which I just love to see.
I know 13 tends to get a bad rep, but the meaning is actually quite inspiring. Part of its “negative” history is tied to the 13th major arcana card in traditional tarot being the Death card, which can scare people, but this card actually symbolizes a process of transformation and rebirth.
With that said, the 1 and 3 in 13 then unite to become 4, indicative of the completion or perfection of the transformation indicated in number 13.
There were deep karmic cycles and lessons coming up to be cleared, and this is showing you the completion of that. In its place is a new, stronger and healthier foundation that can sustain all of miracles and rewards you deserve.
You’ve died and been reborn a number of times during these last couple of years. While we grieve and hold deep reverence for the versions of ourselves that came before us, we also celebrate the person they’ve allowed us to become.
Congratulations, alchemist. You did it!
Xo.
