Happy Monday, friends!
I hope this weekend provided you with all of the balance, rejuvenation and rest that you needed.
I’m going to try some new things with this newsletter, so please leave a comment on whether you find the additional weekly notes helpful. If you’re into them, I’ll keep them going.
Let’s start with a few announcements—
This is the last week to purchase a general birth chart reading. After this week, I will only be focusing on Shadow Chart readings moving forward.
All of the Oracle Flash Sale readings have been sent out, so please check your inbox if you haven’t received your reading.
I am currently looking for any spiritual wellness brands who are interested in partnering for our Costa Rica retreat through product sponsorships. If that’s you or someone you know, please reach out to info@returntoself.me for more information.
The astro forecast of this week—
Mars finally left Gemini over the weekend and has entered Cancer. If you’ve been in a mental fog, this will be clearing up. However, with the Gemini Moon squaring Neptune in Pisces today, you may feel a little scatter-brained, so just recharge and ground if you can.
During this Mars in Cancer transit , you may feel more inclined to make solid movement in situations regarding home and family, or you’ll just be striving towards solidifying a sturdy foundation for your emotional stability and security. Beware of petty or passive aggressive communication.
On Tuesday, the moon enters Cancer. This is the perfect time to pay attention to your internal world. If you’re feeling the tender feelings come up, let them out, but try not to take it out on other people if they have nothing to do with it.
On Friday, the moon enters Leo. Let yourself have some fun! Play with the people you love the most. Get creative and take a breather from all the feels.
This week’s reading—
New perspectives may be on the horizon for you.
With three cards in reverse, there’s a feeling that you’ve been turned upside down in order to see things from a different point of view.
For whoever this message is for, you’ve been facing some ego battles lately, especially with colleagues and friends. You may have found yourself in conflict with others over your work, team effort and/or unmet expectations.
Some of you have chosen to withdraw from these people and/or situations, and now you’re facing either one of two scenarios: you’re gaining clarity and realizing the role you may have played in this experience or you’re using isolation as an excuse to hide away and not face your shadows.
Either way, this doesn’t feel like something new. In fact, you may experience circumstances like this more than you’d like to admit, and it’s time to shed light on the common denominator here.
There are some fears here that were buried beneath the surface prior to this conflict.
It seems like the misalignment and disharmony that took place shook you up in a way that cast a light on some repressed emotions and maybe even some secrets you’ve been hiding.
If you’re someone who is using your isolation as a way to avoid the problem, please understand that you will never be able to hide from yourself.
There’s a cycle that’s happening here, and until you’re willing to face the truth of how you continue to fan the flame of this behavior, you will return to the same experience with new faces.
In other words, this won’t change until you do.
What are you afraid of? Where do you feel like you’re not enough? What do you feel is at risk when working with others?
With heavy ego coming up here, there’s a sense that you may let your pride and insecurities get the best of you when put in group dynamics. There might be some imposter syndrome or fears of rejection that spark this and lead to controlling patterns.
Competitive energy isn’t a bad thing. But when it’s against people who are working with you, then it might be time to assess why you feel threatened.
The guidance for this week is take a field trip.
You may need a change of scenery (again, there’s a theme of switching up your environment and your perspective) in order to see things clearly. Perhaps you’ve gotten stuck in some stagnant energy that you can’t even see through it anymore.
Whether it’s a day at the park, a walk in nature or simply going out to your favorite restaurant for your favorite meal, take yourself out on a solo date and bask in your own energy and company.
Let yourself spend quality time with yourself so that you can clear out the noise and hear what your inner guidance is saying. There may be some messages that you keep distracting yourself from paying attention to.
There’s Pisces (Moon) energy here, as well as Capricorn (Mars) energy and Virgo energy, so these placements may be significant for you or someone else connected to this reading as additional confirmation, but they don’t have to be.
The numerology of this reading is a 3. In numerology, 3 is a number of cosmic co-creation, creativity and community. “The 3 has a tendency to thrive in an upbeat and engaging atmosphere. Its energy is youthful and positive and it has an incredible zest for life. It dances from one enjoyable experience to the next, eager to interact with others along the way.”
Have a beautiful week, and take care of yourselves.
