Now, let’s talk about the astrology of the week—

This week is starting with a very prominent astrological transit, which is the conjunction between Mars and Uranus in Taurus happening today.

These are two major cosmic players for change coming together to shift things around in whatever area Taurus rules for you in your chart, so focus on a big change you want to make in your life. The stars are giving you the energy and drive to make it happen quickly.

Additionally, this conjunction will also be conjunct Algol, one of the most notorious stars in the sky. Historically, Algol was seen as a demon star that was the harbinger of fear and destruction, however modern astrology acknowledges the limited scope that can often be placed on misunderstood aspects of life that are connected to feminine power.

And with Algol being connected to Medusa, the stereotypes did what they do.

With the Mars-Uranus conjunction connecting with Algol today, expect a deep awakening to transpire, one that burns old cycles of powerlessness to the ground. This is a ruthless trio that bows to no one and would rather start from nothing than continue to feed a narrative that strips you away of your authority.
