I know there can be an element of wanting to fix (my specialty, lol), but sometimes that’s just our shadows wanting to regain control of a situation that is beyond our grasp.

As best you can, try to limit your doom-scrolling, and go outside. See your loved ones. Create new memories. Embrace life without feeling guilty for finding joy in the midst of chaos.
