Happy Monday dear friends.

I hope you had a wonderful weekend full of healing, rejuvenation and clarity. The energy of this last weekend was very specific and perhaps you felt it, too?

There was a feeling of moving through some sort of portal or dipping into another timeline for a second and the synchronicities were on fire. I talk more about what I was observing and gaining from this energy here.

Thank you to those who came out to the Mindful Mixer on Saturday! It was a beautiful healing experience, and the first time that everyone I worked on was a man! I love to see men being open to this work.
