I hope you had a wonderful Spring equinox and start to Aries season. Hopefully you didn’t go too hard and burn yourself out already.

While this spark of energy can feel like a breath of fresh air, remember that there are a lot of karmic shifts occurring at this time and your body may need time to rest and integrate.

We are already approaching the end of March (what?!), which will bring with it some insanely powerful and karmic cosmic events, but before we dive into the energy of the week, a few announcements:
